Specialty coffee, roasted in Cambridge.
We're Kerb Kollective — an independent micro roastery making bloody good coffee in Cambridge.
We source coffees we're excited to drink, roast them in small batches and get them into your hands while they're fresh. From everyday espresso to coffees that get a little more interesting, there's always something worth brewing.
Coffee for people who serve coffee
Running a café is hard enough without worrying about whether your coffee supplier is going to answer the phone.
We work with cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices and hospitality businesses across Cambridge and beyond. Freshly roasted coffee, proper training, help with recipes and someone on the other end when you need a hand.
No corporate nonsense. Just good coffee and people who know what they're doing.
ABOUT US
From a kiosk to a roastery.
Kerb started in 2020 with a coffee machine at the Cambridge Museum of Technology.
Then came a roadside kiosk. Then a shed. Then a bakery. And now, a proper little roastery.
We've learnt a lot along the way — mostly by making plenty of coffee, drinking even more of it, and figuring out what actually makes a great cup.
Today we roast small batches in Cambridge, work with producers and importers we trust, and keep doing things our way.
